Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Rooted may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled. Please review all details carefully before checkout.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
5. Shipping
All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy within South Africa.
Processing: 1–3 business days after payment
Major cities: 2–5 business days
Regional/remote areas: 3–7 business days
Shipping times are estimates only. Once products are handed to the courier, risk and title pass to the customer. Rooted is not responsible for delays or losses after dispatch.
Customers must provide accurate addresses and contact details. Returned parcels due to incorrect information may incur additional reshipping fees.
Damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Only replacements may be issued; refunds are not available.
6. Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
